We, the trained student leaders and tutors of the East WING, pride ourselves not only on our commitment to completely free student led education services, but also on our wish to see more schools offer the same services we do
Our Mission Statement
We strive to support a welcoming community focused on the growth in academic excellence that prepares our tutors and clients for life beyond high school. Within a professional environment, our all-subject’s center cultivates personal growth in a supportive, collaborative manner.
We are proud to be active within our school community and the larger Secondary School Writing Center community. The East WING is a member of the International Writing Center Association, the Secondary Schools Writing Center Association, and have autored articles for the Journal of Peer Tutoring in Secondary Schools.
